1. By participating in the promotion, you stand a chance to win a cash prize of up to 100 USD (or the local currency equivalent).
2. This promotion is open to all residents of Zimbabwe, who are over the age of 18 years, except employees of ZeeBay PBC, their associated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, consultants, marketing service providers or any person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by these entities or their immediate family members.
3. Entry into the promotion is subject to the following conditions:
   1. The user must be a registered seller on the ZeeBay platform.
   2. The user must hold a single account on the ZeeBay platform.
   3. All orders must have been processed through the ZeeBay platform.
   4. Orders by must have been made by customers who are not affliates of the seller.
   5. One winner shall be selected at the discretion of ZeeBay.
4. The selected winner shall be contacted or notified via email, SMS or WhatsApp.
5. The selected winner must claim their prize within 1 week of being notified. Failure to do so will result in a new winner being selected if any qualifying participants exist.
6. ZeeBay will endeavor to deliver the prize within 1 - 3 weeks and cannot be held responsible for delays which result due to any factor outside of the their control.
7. The prize is not non-transferable.
8. ZeeBay reserves the right to terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of technical or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.
9. Any winners may be required to take part in publicity activities and participation in the promotion is conditional upon agreement to take part in such publicity. Winners will not be entitled to any payment or other remuneration for any such publicity or otherwise. All and any materials, including publicity materials, will be the sole property of the ZeeBay.
10. Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.
11. Under no circumstances shall the ZeeBay be liable to anyone, who enters this promotion, for any direct or consequential loss howsoever arising which may be suffered in relation to the prize draw, whether as a result of any negligent act or omission or any default on the part of the ZeeBay or otherwise.
12. The decision as to the winners are final and no correspondence will be entered into. ZeeBay reserves the right to substitute the prize with any other prize of comparable monetary value.
13. This promo does not consider the orders of fast moving consumer goods (groceries) when evaluating potential winners.
